Captain Bob's Adventures

We begin the trip from Columbia, MO to Palm Harbor, FL.  Load up the bikes, paddle board, and some goodies and head out for 2 days of driving. You gotta love that Alabama sky! Beautiful trees across the street from our house.

It’s nice to have a beautiful set of bar ends, however, after a long days ride, those baby’s get hard.  So I thought I would put together a little video of wrapping them with some bar tape.  It’s a simple easy task to complete yourself with just a little effort. Firefly Grill - Effingham, IL - We had been here before on a previous trip through to Indy for a different conference, but on the way back from Philly, the timing was perfect to grab dinner here again.  This place is located close to I-70 so easy to duck off there and grab food.  Restaurant backs up to a small lake.  Great interior, friendly staff, and a wood oven for pizza, etc.  Drop by here sometime if you get a chance. Seafood Chowder Jerry had a salad... This is Steelhead with a pumpkin ravioli. All American Burger on a fantastic Pretzel bun.  This might be the best pretzel bun I've ever had.
